※「各種ダウンロード」もあわせてご覧ください。 Submission of application form and application documents. *Please see the various download options. 1.申請に必要な書類については、「募集要項」を参照してください。 2.書類提出時に、選考料をお支払いください。 3.書類に不備がないよう、ご準備ください。 4.万が一、書類に不備がある場合や書類が期日までに提出されない場合は、不合格となります。 1.Please refer to the “Application Guidelines" for the required documents. 2.Please pay the selection fee when submitting your documents. 3.Please ensure that your documents are complete and accurate. 4.If your documents are incomplete or not submitted by the deadline, you will be disqualified. |
| 9/1～10/10 | 4/1～5/10 | 書類選考・基礎学力試験・面接合否結果通知 Document screening, basic academic ability test, and notification of interview results. 書類選考・学力試験・面接の結果を学校から通知します。 The school will notify you of the results of the document screening, basic academic ability test, and interview. |
| 11月中旬 Mid-November | 6月上旬 Early June | 在留資格認定証明書交付申請 Application for Certificate of Eligibility 書類がそろったら、学校が出入国在留管理局に申請します。 Once all the necessary documents are in order, the school will submit the application to the Immigration Services Agency. |
| 翌年2月末 End of February next year | 8月中旬 Mid-August | 在留資格認定証明書交付 Certificate of Eligibility for Residence Status 出入国在留管理局から在留資格認定証明書が交付されたら、学校から志願者に通知します。 Once the Immigration Services Agency issues the Certificate of Eligibility for Residence Status, the school will notify the applicant. |
| 2月下旬～ 3月上旬 Late February~ Early March | 8月下旬～ 9月上旬 Late August ~ Early September | 入学手続き Enrollment procedures 学費等・寮費をお支払いください。 Please pay your tuition and dormitory fees. |
| 3/5～15 | 9/5～15 | 在留資格認定証明書および入学許可書の送付 Sending of Certificate of Eligibility for Residence Status and Letter of Admission 学費等・寮費納入確認後、学校から志願者へ在留資格認定証明書と 入学許可書をお送りします。 After confirming payment of tuition and dormitory fees, the school will send the applicant a Certificate of Eligibility for Residence and an Admission Letter. |
| 3/10～31 | 9/10～30 | 留学査証申請 Student visa application 在留資格認定書と必要書類を持参して日本公館で留学査証を申請してください。Please apply for a student visa at a Japanese embassy or consulate, bringing your Certificate of Eligibility and other necessary documents. 留学査証交付 Student visa issuance 留学査証が交付されたら、学校に連絡してください。 受け入れ準備を始めます。 Please contact the school once your student visa is issued. We will begin preparing for your arrival. 渡航手続き Travel procedures 1.航空チケットの手配をしてください。 2.日本への入国日時が決まったら、学校に連絡してください。 1.Please arrange your airline tickets. 2.Once your arrival date and time in Japan are decided, please contact the school. |

Arrive at Narita International Airport. Take the Shinkansen (bullet train) to Niigata Station. 例➁新潟空港に直接入国 仁川国際空港（韓国ソウル）や 上海浦東国際空港（中国上海）経由で新潟空港へ Example 2: Direct entry into Niigata Airport Fly to Niigata Airport via Incheon International Airport (Seoul, South Korea) or Shanghai Pudong International Airport (Shanghai, China) 新潟駅や新潟空港まで学校職員がお迎えに行きます！ School staff will pick you up at Niigata Station or Niigata Airport! |
