在留資格認定証明書が発行された場合はその旨を連絡致しますので、学費等の費用を２週間以内に指定口座へ
お振込みください。

*2 Miscellaneous expenses include textbook fees, facility fees, equipment fees, extracurricular activity fees, insurance fees, and health management fees.
Once your Certificate of Eligibility for Residence Status is issued, we will notify you accordingly. Please transfer the tuition and other fees to the designated account within two weeks.

出願資格
Eligibility Requirements
① 18歳以上で、心身ともに健康である者。
② 母国あるいは外国で、学校教育における12年以上の課程もしくはそれに準ずる課程を修了している者。又は修了する見込みのある者。
③ 留学期間中の経費支弁能力がある者及び、経費支弁能力のある身元保証人を有する者。
④ 留学目的が明確で、申請書類が事実である者。
⑤ 申請時の日本語能力が、以下を有する者。
- 進学2年コース：日本語学習時間が150時間以上で、日本語教育の参照枠A1レベル(日本語能力試験N5相当)以上の日本語能力を有する者。
- 進学1年6か月コース：日本語学習時間が300時間以上で、日本語教育の参照枠A2レベル(日本語能力試験N4相当)以上の日本語能力を有する者。
⑥ 原則、最終学歴から5年以内の者。
① Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and in good physical and mental health.
② Applicants must have completed a 12-year or equivalent course of schooling in their home country or a foreign country, or be expected to complete such a course.
③ Applicants must have the ability to cover their expenses during their study abroad period and have a guarantor who is also capable of covering their expenses.
④ Applicants must have a clear purpose for studying abroad and the information in their application documents must be factual.
⑤ Applicants must possess the following Japanese language proficiency at the time of application:
Two-Year Japanese Language Course
for Higher Education Studies :Applicants must have at least 150 hours of Japanese language study and possess Japanese language proficiency at or above the A1 level of the Japanese Language Education Reference Framework (equivalent to the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N5).
One-Year-and-Six-Month Japanese Language Course
for Higher Education Studies: Applicants must have at least 300 hours of Japanese language study and possess Japanese language proficiency at or above the A2 level of the Japanese Language Education Reference Framework (equivalent to the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N4).
⑥ In principle, applicants must have completed their final educational attainment within the last 5 years.

| 翌年2月末 End of February next year | 8月中旬 Mid-August | 在留資格認定証明書交付 Certificate of Eligibility for Residence Status 出入国在留管理局から在留資格認定証明書が交付されたら、学校から志願者に通知します。 Once the Immigration Services Agency issues the Certificate of Eligibility for Residence Status, the school will notify the applicant. |

| 3/5～15 | 9/5～15 | 在留資格認定証明書および入学許可書の送付 Sending of Certificate of Eligibility for Residence Status and Letter of Admission 学費等・寮費納入確認後、学校から志願者へ在留資格認定証明書と 入学許可書をお送りします。 After confirming payment of tuition and dormitory fees, the school will send the applicant a Certificate of Eligibility for Residence and an Admission Letter. |
| 3/10～31 | 9/10～30 | 留学査証申請 Student visa application 在留資格認定書と必要書類を持参して日本公館で留学査証を申請してください。Please apply for a student visa at a Japanese embassy or consulate, bringing your Certificate of Eligibility and other necessary documents. 留学査証交付 Student visa issuance 留学査証が交付されたら、学校に連絡してください。 受け入れ準備を始めます。 Please contact the school once your student visa is issued. We will begin preparing for your arrival. 渡航手続き Travel procedures 1.航空チケットの手配をしてください。 2.日本への入国日時が決まったら、学校に連絡してください。 1.Please arrange your airline tickets. 2.Once your arrival date and time in Japan are decided, please contact the school. |
